I removed the tag at first because nobody discussed why it needed to be tagged, but I'm putting it back now. The whole article reads as if it is somebody's opinion, and sources are not cited. The writing isn't the best, and POV problems abound. For example, this passage...
- The show dealt with a young, African-American girl who has normal teenage crises. For example, Moesha gets pimples and thinks it is the end of the world. The show did not deal with serious issues until later in its life.
- ...is just an example of the bad writing and opinion-"disguised"-as-fact seen throughout. Mike H. That's hot 09:10, 24 March 2006 (UTC)

The intro calls Moesha's family "middle-class", even though her house on the show as well as her parents' professions place as squarely upper-middle or upper class folks. I'll change this if no one objects
