[edit] School Song

We M.E.S stand together, To pledge our love forever, And strive for the pillars of honor and knowledge, May your torch be always burning, And light for us the path of learning.

Here we share our goals and dreams, Build a bridge along the years, Build a bridge from heart to heart, Pupils, teachers never apart.

Here all of us grow, In a world we want to know, Learning how to love and live, Learning how to take a give, Learning how to make our dreams come true!

[edit] Extra-Curricular Activities

Students are encouraged to develop talents, interests, hobbies, skills and techniques through participation in physical, academic, scientific and artistic pursuits.

1.Talent Show: An opportunity for talented and gifted students to present and develop their talents.

2.English Poetry Festival: Gives a chance to students skilled in writing English or reciting poetry either individually or in choral groups, to participate in the M.E.S English Poetry Festival.

3.Clubs: There are many clubs, which provide a wide variety of interests, in M.E.S. Each student can be a member in a maximum of two clubs.

[edit] School Recognition

The School does not only seek national recognition but global recognition as well. A number of M.E.S students made this come true by traveling abroad to the U.S as part of the Seeds of Peace program to discuss national problems with each other and create a bonding between both countries. Those students also gained an international scholarship and a good reputation. Another student also had part of creating M.E.S's international repututation. She participated in the "People to People Leaders Summit on International Diplomacy" in Washington D.C for almost the same reason.

Most recently a group of students traveled to the U.S as part of the Kidmocracy program which helped improve the vision of Arabs in the U.S and to get to know each other's traditions. The students were hosted by American families who were very welcoming. The students not only had a good time but also learned a lot. They learned how American public schools are operated and how teaching and ways of learning differ between the two contries.

[edit] 10th Anniversary
