MODERN ARTillery is the third album by the Australian punk-pop band the Living End. It was released twice for October 28, 2003 as an international release date and March 2, 2004 for a United States release date. Who's Gonna Save Us? has been released as a single, and End of the World appears on the soundtrack to Tony Hawk's Underground 2. "Who's Gonna Save Us?" appeared in commercials for Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11.
This album has been released with the Copy Cop protection system in some regions.

- On the Australian track listing "Tabloid Magazine" is track 2 and "One Said to the Other" is track 6, but on the non Australian releases these two tracks are swapped because "What Would You Do?" and "One Said to the Other" had appeared at the start of the previous release, One Said to the Other.
