[edit] Article rewrite

As of now, the article is a mere translation of statements from the company's Russian website (www.mts.ru). Personally, I do not think this is suitable for a Wikipedia's article. If anyone has any ideas on how the article can be rewritten, it would be great if they presented them there. For now, (after I added the company box) I suggest the work on the article should be suspended. Comments? Gimlei 00:22, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
