Mobberley

Mobberley is a semi-rural village and civil parish in Cheshire. It is situated between Wilmslow and Knutsford in the borough of Macclesfield. Manchester Airport is located to the north. According to the 2001 census the parish had a population of 2,546.

George Mallory (1886–1924), British mountaineer who died attempting Mount Everest was born in Mobberley.
