Mitzvah Technique

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Mitzvah technique is a body alignment and postural awareness technique which is based on a notion of a "rippling defence and corrective mechanism of the neuro-muscular and skeletal systems", and is used to help relieve muscle tension which is counterproductive to maintaining good posture.[1]
