Mitchy Slick was born on the streets of South East San Diego. His folks owned a record label called "Bottom Up Records", in which Lt and Damu where on. He saw that you could make big money in the rap game and was immediately interested.His first solo album was released in 2001 and was titled "Trigeration Station". Later on he met with West Coast artist Xzibit. Mitchy put out a few mixtapes with Krondon, Planet Asia and other West Coast Artists, and soon it was Krondon's idea to form a rap group called "Strong Arm Steady". Krondon got Xzibit and Phil Da Agony to join and Mitchy jumped in. He was also featured with Strong Arm Steady on Xzibit's album Weapons Of Mass Destruction.

Since then Mitchy has released 3 other solo albums, and Strong Arm Steady's Debut album Arms And Hammers is to be released in 2007.
