[edit] Wikipedia:WikiProject Drake & Josh
Okay, bear with me, this is my first time nominationg an article for MFD. This project has been inactive as of September 2006, and through its entire hisory, only one member has joined and helped. And this only user has been blocked indefinitely as a confirmed sockpuppeteer. It's left the project abandoned. And I usually see a Scope in a WikiProject. ♥Tohru Honda13♥ 03:53, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Pretty narrow WikiProject, and one that seems to be utterly dead. EVula // talk // ☯ // 04:13, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete This is one of those projects that should be deleted rather than archived or whatever, for the simple sake of discouraging such narrow projects and that there's really nothing of value to keep. -- Ned Scott 04:30, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Agreed. While I have no problem with a project that covers a TV show (I loves me some Firefly), Drake & Josh just isn't a big enough show to support it; at most, a work group of WikiProject Television, but that would necessitate an active userbase (and, not to be too picky, but preferably a userbase that consisted of non-sockpuppets). - Delete, scope is too narrow for a WikiProject. Abandoned. --Coredesat 04:46, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete Oh, and uh, delete as the nominator. :) —♥Tohru Honda13♥ 05:00, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. A Wikiproject for what might be two or three articles is too narrow. -Amark moo! 05:12, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

- Archive and keep - it is not a common practice to delete abandoned projects. They are usually tagged with a "kept for historical interest" template and archived. --Deryck C. 12:37, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Normally, yes, but this one never really got off the ground in the first place. Keeping this would just add clutter, as there's not even historical value in it. -- Ned Scott 19:07, 1 February 2007 (UTC)

- Delete yes basically it will not attract a whole lot of users since the scope is "very" narrow. ~ Arjun 13:29, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete This is too small for a WikiProject and is not really relevant enough for a full project.Tellyaddict 17:55, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Archive and keep per Deryck C.. Unless if we're wrong; it's just that I've never seen a deleted Wikiproject (probably because it was deleted :P). If it isn't uncommon then delete it. —¡Randfan!Sign here? 20:45, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- When I first saw a WikiProject up on MfD I thought it was a bit harsh too. Sometimes it makes sense to just delete a project, I found. What we have here is almost a borderline "test page" (Can I really make a WikiProject here?). There really isn't anything in the edit history of value, even by very loose standards. I don't think we should make it a habit to MfD WikiProjects, but there's nothing here. It's clutter. -- Ned Scott 20:59, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. An abandoned and very, very narrow and WikiProject. There might be less than 100 pages eligible for it. –Llama man 15:05, 2 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as mentioned above, the scope of the project is honestly too narrow to merit a substantial WikiProject.¤~Persian Poet Gal (talk) 02:08, 3 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. One of those edge cases in which keeping the project doesn't actually accomplish anything. I'm not sure which lessons a user can learn by looking at the archive pages; there's an extremely limited scope here, and if a different user really wanted to restart the project, he/she probably would want to start a new project, instead of continuing where this left off. - Delete inactive Wikiproject with no currently unblocked users. Category:Drake & Josh includes only 125 articles, half of which are simply actors who have appeared in the series. Hut 8.5 17:53, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
