Doesn't appear to be an attempt to communicate with 1.2.3.4. 1.2.3.4 (talk • contribs) is in an IANA reserved block anyway, so is unlikely to have ever edited; that user does have a contribution, but given the context I wouldn't be surprised if it was a developer testing the reattribution of edits. The page duplicates User talk:70.232.185.231 (that of its creator), so no information will be lost by deleting it. --ais523 12:24, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
