Kind of detrimental to the project, pushing POV as well. It doesn't matter if it's Larry talking, it could still be interpreted the wrong way by users. Personally, I'm not fond of this "I FOUNDED THE PLACE!" over and over and over and over again. Delete. SushiGeek 01:32, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

Er... yes, that is a bad analogy indeed. I just don't think this page falls into any of the reasons we mess with a user (who has made a lot of good contribs in the past, incidentally)'s personal article space. That simple. --maru (talk) contribs 01:54, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

• Strong keep — it's not divisive in any way. As far as I know, there's no bitter dispute between Jimbo and Larry, and there's no antagonism, diviseness, or any harm from having the page. (In fact, my impression is that Jimbo and Larry have agreed to disagree.) Given Larry's past contributions to the project, he definitely has a right to post his opinions and his views on the matter, just like Jimbo would almost indubitably have the right to do that as well. The topic is relevant to Wikipedia, it's in his user subpage, it's not offensive or divisive, and there's past precedent for this as well for keeping noninflamatory, nonoffensive material pertinent to the project in the userspace.
