The article says that various film directors (Terry Gilliam, etc.) openly admit their debt to the book, but I'm a big Gilliam fan and I don't remember ever hearing him mention it. Could somebody provide some evidence?````Multiverse

Has there been any word from Warren Ellis on the obvious debt his Transmetropolitan owes to Mister X? If we can find a source, it should definitely go in the article. Kelvingreen 16:35, 4 April 2007 (UTC)
