Route 763 is in central Missouri. Its southern terminus is at Route 740. Between Route 740 and Business Loop 70, it is known as College Avenue. It is briefly multiplexed with Business 70 for 2/10ths of a mile before turning onto Rangeline Road. This section between Business Loop 70 and U.S. 63 is an old alignment of U.S. 63.
