Route 165 is a short highway in Taney County. Its northern terminus is at Route 76 in Branson; its southern terminus is at U.S. Highway 65 south of Branson. It is known locally as Gretna Road and crosses the Table Rock Lake Dam. Branson is the only town on the highway.
