Route 109 is a highway in St. Louis County, Missouri. Its northern terminus is at Missouri Supplemental Route CC Chesterfield; its southern terminus is at Route W and FF in Eureka. The road continues north as Eatherton Road, curves around Spirit of St. Louis Airport and connects with Interstate 64/U.S. Highway 40 providing a "backway" to the St. Charles area.
The original alignment of Missouri 109 was once Supplemental Route C and the original route was renamed Supplemental Route BA (the only such designation in the state). For a picture of Route BA, see Missouri Supplemental Route. At Eureka, Missouri 109 crosses under Interstate 44 and continues as Missouri Supplemental Route W.
