  • excellence
  • consistency of service and product
  • commitment to the client
  • business goals
  • compliance with environmental requirements
  • providing a service and integrating with community and business sectors (Hughes et al 2005, p.13)

It is typically included in the Articles of Incorporation.[citation needed]
