Mission Boulevard (East Bay, California)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Mission Boulevard is a road in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. It consists of two state routes, California State Route 262 from Interstate 880 to Interstate 680, California State Route 238 from the road's second crossing of Interstate 680 to the intersection of SH 92 and SH 185 in Hayward and California State Route 185 from that intersection to the northern end of Hayward. It runs from Interstate 880 in Fremont at its southern end through the Alameda County cities of Union City, and Hayward. It continues on through Cherryland until it hits the Ashland boundary. At that point the road is known as East 14th Street. The arterial road is named for Mission San José in Fremont, which is located on the boulevard just south of Interstate 680.
