MissionCare is a project which aims to turn around poorly managed hospitals in China. There are more than 10000 hospitals and healthcare facilities in China and most of them are still being managed in a very old-fashioned way. Some believe the most effective way to elevate the health status of Chinese people is to improve the operations of those hospitals that are in trouble.
