Miss USA 1999

The Miss USA 1999 pageant was held in Branson, Missouri in February 4, 2000. The event was won by Kimberly Pressler of New York, who was crowned by outgoing titleholder Shawnae Jebbia of Massachusetts .
After months of negotiation, Branson was announced as the pageant's location in November 1998. The event had previously been held in Shreveport, Louisiana from 1997-1998. Shermar Moore hosted the pageant for the first and only time, and color commentary was added by Ali Landry, Miss USA 1996 and Julie Moran, for the second year. Entertainment was provided by Collin Raye, and The Atomic Fireballs.

The title of Miss USA 1999 was awarded to Kimberly Pressler of New York. The runners-up were:

- 2nd runner-up - Angelique Breaux (Miss California USA)

- 3rd runner-up - Lauren Poppell (Miss South Carolina USA)
