When Kitty and Red have their 25th wedding anniversary, Kelso starts to think he should get married. He wants to propose to Jackie, but before he can, he meets Vic, a guy who offers him a job in Chicago. Meanwhile, Donna is upset because Eric hasn't called her since he left for Africa.
