Miscouche is a community in western Prince Edward Island, Canada, located 10 kilometres west of Summerside. As of 2001, the population was 766.

The town's name comes from the Micmac for "little grassy island". The area was at the centre of Acadian settlement in western Prince Edward Island, and 15% of Miscouche's population is francophone.
