The Miscarriage & Infant Loss Memorial Book, is a prayer request facility for those who have suffered the loss of a baby from Conception to 3 years old. It is kept at the Roman Catholic Church of Saint Paul the Apostle in Tintagel, Cornwall, United Kingdom where placed on the altar at all masses.

The Miscarriage & Infant Loss Memorial Book was founded by Myke and Dr. Miriam Rosenthal-English after the loss of their first baby "Ruth" aged 14 weeks due to miscarriage in 1995. Since then the Ministry has grown from serving the Plymouth, UK, Catholic Diocese to serving people of all beliefs, worldwide.
The Miscarriage & Infant Loss Memorial Book can also be found online which is where 99% of entries into the book are initiated. Parents can decide whether they put their babies names online or just in the offline memorial book.
