Talk:Miranda!
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I have removed the following paragraph from the main article, since it was written in very poor english, and I couldn't confirm the factual truth of the comment (a quick google search). If it can confirmed and better written then it could be placed back in the article. --NavarroJ 22:36, 18 December 2005 (UTC)
In 2005, in Mexico there's a group called Antimiranda that consists in destroy the band when they go to give a concert to Mexico & he warns Miranda!'s fans to be careful in the streets.

[edit] Lyrics Controversy
I think the phrase that says "...which talks about a male teacher fantasizing about sexually abusing one of his female students" it's a very subjective declaration. There hasn't been any mass-media controversy, so probably it's just the writer's point of view. --Smeaghol
[edit] Miranda! in Locomotion
Does someone know about Miranda's begining in Locomotion, a satellite cable network, now named Animax after Sony bought it. Miranda! used to air their video music videos between shows in Locomotion...does anybody knows how they got involved with this channel?

Well, when Miranda was almost unknown, cable channel Locomotion used to broadcast in Argentina some of their videoclips, as their publisher (Secsy Discos) was in some way related to the company owner of Locomotion. (In fact I think it was a Sescy Discos-Locomotion Channel Association). Now that Locomotion has had that corporative change, probably they are not related any more. Smeaghol 9:02 Am, 17 May 2006
but should this be mentioned in the article? everyone who had the Locomotion channel knows Miranda! Minako-Chan* 16:35, 25 July 2006 (UTC)
I think more info on the origins of Miranda should be included as historical data. I will try to gather more info on Locomotion and make a complete paragraph. Smeaghol 01:59, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
