Mircea Frăţică (born July 14, 1957) is a retired Romanian judoka. At the 1984 Summer Olympics he won the bronze medal in the men's Half Middleweight (78 kg) category, together with Michel Nowak of France. Frăţică also won the European Championship as well as two World Championship bronze medals.
