Miracle Run is a film which premiered in 2003, starring Zac Efron, Bubba Lewis, Mary-Louise Parker and Aidan Quinn.

A single mother discovers that her twin boys Steven (Zac Efron) and Phillip (Bubba Lewis) are autistic. The day she learns they are autistic, her husband leaves because he knows raising autistic twins will be difficult. One of her sons won't say anything until a late age, while the other son repeats what others say. She refuses to give up on their potential and thanks to her support the boys flourish. When they get to high school they are teased and made fun of. Only one girl has the courage to hang out with them. Steven joins the track team and wins the first race he enters and Phillip gets into a special music school by playing his newfound guitar talent over the phone.
