This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

It was alleged that this picture has no source information. What I am about to say proves that the source information is right in front of the face of anyone who looks at this case with clear eyes and good faith.

That there is no source information for this image is complete and total balderdash! Just look at the history of the file. The name of the editor who added this picture contains the name of the person this is a picture of. The pictures this editor posted include a picture of this same transsexual woman as she was as a kid. A picture that only she ( OK or concieveably a close relative/friend would have.) Less evidence than that has gotten people sent to death row. Beyond any reasonable doubt this picture was added by the person it is a picture of who of course has the right to release it for fair use.

I will also point out that this picture has been on WP for a year and nobody at all said a darn thing. Now all of the sudden there is a big drive to GUT the article that relates to this person. I would really like a neutral admin to look over this situation as it stinks to high heven. --Hfarmer 02:00, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
