I openly question the need for this article.

Well, this is to War of the Ring as List of minor Clone Wars battles is to Battle of Coruscant... Besides, this is at least better than having articles for every single fight. Major battles like that in Helm's Deep get their own. Uthanc 10:42, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
