Amelia Bones full name is Amelia Susan Bones. (See the cahpter "The Hearing"). Therefore it seems highly unlikely to me, that she has anything to with the initials R.A.B. and the note.

[edit] Amelia Bones's blood purity

The previous version said that since Susan Bones is a Half-Blood, Amelia must be pure-blood.

While the Bones's appear to be a big and well-known wizard family and Amelia has several magic siblings, we probably can't rule out the possibility of Amelia being half-blood (Susan's parents both half-bloods) or even muggle-born (Susan's other parent pureblood). In the latter case the situation would be similar to the Creevey brothers.

Since we don't really know, i changed it to "Unknown". Laur 09:28, 5 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Bob Ogden's Parentage

I don't remember reading anything about his being Muggle-born, so I'm changing it to unknown. Tell me if you guys disagree... Emily (Funtrivia Freak) 02:10, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

  • I would suggest that the evidence in fact shows he was either pure-blood or had very little Muggle in him, as shown by the description of his attempts to look like a Muggle in the memory. If he were Muggle-born or half-blood the odds are he would know how to blend in better.
