I have merged the "Minister for Education & Science" and "Minister for Education" articles as:

  • they were orginally one article in any case,ok
  • the 1997 changes were the renaming of the title only and did not create a new ministerial position,
  • we do not need to complicate wikipedia by pretending its anything but such, redirects to new titles is sufficent.
