Talk:Mind Sports Organisation

Accusations or allegations are a little too controversial on a wikipage. But it is fine as long as no particular person is named. DoctorDog 05:12, 23 Mar 2005 (UTC)

I'm not sure about that. I think it may be ok to post "The organizers, Tony Buzan and Raymond Keyne were implicated in the misappropriation" as long as there is a linked article or reference showing that case.

There has been quite a lot published about this. I think WP should be careful only to quote published material. The article is in any case extremely incomplete. (I wrote for the MindZine, by the way.) Charles Matthews 10:06, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Decamentathlon components

From the article:

At MSO tournaments, the Decamentathlon is a composite event in which players compete in ten separate mind sports: memory skills, mental calculation, IQ, bridge, chess, othello, 8 by 8 draughts, Mastermind, and creative thinking.

So what's the tenth? Counting? JamesMLane 00:18, 20 August 2005 (UTC)
