Minuto

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Minuto is the name of a brand of instant noodles produced by the Birkel corporation in Germany. Due to its early and deep penetration of the market, it has become synonymous for an instant meal (together with its rival product, the 5-Minuten-Terrine manufactured by Maggi) in the German language.

[edit] Preparation

The product is served in a small plastic cup. The recommended preparation is to pour boiling water over the product, stir well, then let it sit for five minutes. Unlike most other noodles like most brands of Ramen, the vegetables or dried meat that accompany the noodles are already present within the cup and not in a separate bag.
