Minuteman Regional High School is a public vocational high school (grades 9-12) in Lexington, Massachusetts, USA. The school serves the towns of Acton, Arlington, Belmont, Billerica, Bolton, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Dover, Lancaster, Lexington, Lincoln, Needham, Stow, Sudbury, Wayland, Weston and many other cities and towns in Eastern Massachusetts.

It is a member of the Commonwealth Athletic Conferance for sports.
