Minnesota State Highway 72 is a highway in northern Minnesota. Its southern terminus is at U.S. Route 71 in Blackduck. Its northern terminus is at the Canadian border in Baudette. Previously, it extended north on what is now Minnesota State Highway 172 to Wheeler's Point.
