Minnesota State Highway 115 is a 9-mile long highway that runs between Randall and Minnesota State Highway 371. MN-115 passes by the entrance of, and therefore serves, the Camp Ripley Military Reservation north of Little Falls.^[1]

The Mississippi River bridge crossing, which also contains the railroad spur to Camp Ripley, was rebuilt in 1998.^[1]

Before MN-371 was rebuilt as a four-lane freeway on its new alignment from just north of Camp Ripley to Little Falls, MN-115's terminus at MN-371 was a 3-way "Y" intermixed with railroad tracks. With construction on the new MN-371 being complete, MN-115 now ends at an interchange at MN-371, with the roadway continuing to the east as Morrison CSAH 47 (which was re-aligned to connect to the new interchange). The old routing of MN-371 in the immediate area has been turned-back to Morrison County as CSAH 76. This old portion of MN-371, including the former "Y"-intersection with MN-115, has been reconstructed.^[2]
