Minita Chico-Nazario (born December 5, 1939) is an incumbent Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. She was appointed to the Court by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo on February 10, 2004.

In 1993, Chico-Nazario was the first woman to be named as Justice of the Sandiganbayan. She later as well became the first woman to be appointed Presiding Justice of that court. Prior to her appointment to the anti-graft court, Chico-Nazario had been a trial court judge in Biñan, Laguna from 1987 to 1993. She had been in government service for 40 years at the time of her appointment to the Supreme Court.

Chico-Nazario earned her law degree from the College of Law of the University of the Philippines.
