The Ministry of Labor, Social Solidarity and Family of Romania (Romanian: Ministerul Muncii, Solidaritǎţii Sociale şi Familiei) is one of the fifteen ministries of the Government of Romania.

The current Minister is Gheorghe Barbu, member of the Democratic Party.
