The Minister of Territorial Development ("Aménagement du territoire") is a cabinet member in the Government of France.

The position has frequently been combined with the positions of Minister of Public Works ("Ministre de l'Equipement"), Minister of Transportation, Minister of Housing ("Logement"), Minister of Tourism and Minister of the Sea.

The position is currently subsumed into the duties of the Minister of the Interior, held by Nicolas Sarkozy.
