Mindy Duncan is a beauty queen from Oregon who won the title Miss Teen USA 1988.

Duncan became the first Miss Oregon Teen USA to win at Miss Teen USA, when she won the title in the pageant held in San Bernadino, California on July 25, 1988. Two other Miss Oregon Teen USA titleholders, Bridgette Wilson (1990) and Tami Farrell (2003), have since also won the crown.
