Mincom is a privately owned software solutions provider with several divisions.

Mincom delivers enterprise and e-business solutions to the mining, utilities, transportation, defense and government industries. The Mincom global headquarters is based in Brisbane, Australia. Mincom was founded in 1979. Mincom has offices located in the United States, Chile, South Africa and Russia.

Mincom produces software for asset intensive industries (Mining, Military, Resources, Government) as well as a managed services division which provides outsourcing services to many clients.

Mincom Staff are not unionised.
