Photograph of The Minute Man, a statue by Daniel Chester French erected in 1875 in Concord, Massachusetts representing Isaac Davis, an Acton Minuteman killed at Old North Bridge during the Battle of Lexington and Concord. The first stanza of Emerson's Concord Hymn is inscribed at the base.

The statue is located in Minute Man National Historical Park. It is commonly called "The Concord Minuteman,"

and is often confused with "The Lexington Minuteman" by Henry Hudson Kitson.
