There is no evidence to suggest that Arkan was Milosevic's favorite. The alegation is rather irrelevant to the topic and is a futile attempt of the author to sqeeze in yet another slander against Milosevic.

If Arkan was Milosevic's favourite just because Arkan was powerful, then by the same token we could label just about any powerful and influential thug in Serbia as "Milosevic's favorite". Albanian separatist leaders were also powerful at the time; does that mean that they were Milosevic's favourites? Or was Vuk Draskovic Milosevic's favourite?

Most poeple forget that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.The mere fact that Arkan and Milosevic were contemporaries means little and cannot be used as evidence to support the mentioned claim. The two men co-existed and both of them had power. This is the evidnece that Milosevic was never a dictator since there were other centers of power in the 1992-1999 Serbia.

Any half-witted internet user can make any claim he or she pleases, but without solid evidnece his or her statements carry little force.
