I don't know much about most of the post-retirement recordings, and I know at least some of them need moving to the "live" section. It might also be a good idea to add some annotation in some cases, if there is not a page for that particular album. I also think years given for live albums (and possibly all of them?) ought to be the year of recording not of release. --Andrew Norman 10:49, May 4, 2005 (UTC)
I've removed most of the links - it seems daft to have a huge list of links to non-existent articles (which in some cases may never exist). People can easily add links if they create articles for each of the albums. --Andrew Norman 14:35, May 4, 2005 (UTC)
- Some of the albums exist in wikipedia, they're just named slightly differently. So a red link does not necessarilly mean it does not exist. Gflores Talk 08:11, 3 December 2005 (UTC)
Can the "after World War II" reference be changed to "until the 1990s" ? Miles was undoubtedly a very influential musician and spawned as well as headed many new trends. But he no longer does so, and a very great deal has happened in the 15 years since his last album.Arctic hobo 11:07, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
- He passed away in 1991. So, he did little in the 1990s to embellish jazz. Furthermore, his recordings of critical acclaim don't extend beyond the 1970s. Dogru144 21:27, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

Many of the live recordings from 1950s to 1960 on this list were not officially released. So, are we now departing from apparent wikipedia policy and now suddenly included unauthorized / bootleg recordings? Re the non-linkage with articles in wikipedia: well, look for the links and fix them. Dogru144 13 July 2006 (UTC)
