Milton GO Station is the western terminus of GO Transit's Milton railway line in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. It is located at 780 Main Street East in the Town of Milton, near Main Street and Ontario Street. It is currently in the final stages of construction
Like many GO stations, Milton offers parking for commuters, a station building housing ticket sales and a waiting room, and a bus loop serving GO and Milton Transit buses. The station is located very close to Highway 401, and is placed to be accessible to residents of Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo who work in Toronto to park and ride. Its bus loop may be used by future connecting buses to Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo.
Along with Streetsville and Dixie, this is one of three Milton line stations that feature the necessary mini-platform to allow passengers dependent on wheeled mobility aids to board the trains.
Although Milton is the terminus of the passenger line, only one train is stored nearby, just west of the station. The rest are parked at Guelph Junction, near Campbellville. To allow for additional trains to operate on the Milton line once the Canadian Pacific Railway rail corridor's capacity has been increased, there are plans for a new storage facility to be built between Trafalgar Road and James Snow Parkway. The station's platforms are now extended to accommodate trains of twelve carriages, rather than the current ten.
