Millville is a town in Sussex County, Delaware, United States. The population was 259 at the 2000 census.

Millville is located at 38°32′56″N, 75°6′49″W (38.548836, -75.113578)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.2 km² (0.5 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 259 people, 111 households, and 71 families residing in the town. The population density was 208.3/km² (534.1/mi²). There were 141 housing units at an average density of 113.4/km² (290.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 96.91% White, 1.93% from other races, and 1.16% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.77% of the population.

There were 111 households out of which 23.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.6% were married couples living together, 4.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.0% were non-families. 31.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 15.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.33 and the average family size was 2.96.

In the town the population was spread out with 18.5% under the age of 18, 7.3% from 18 to 24, 30.1% from 25 to 44, 25.1% from 45 to 64, and 18.9% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 42 years. For every 100 females there were 99.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 101.0 males.

The median income for a household in the town was $36,932, and the median income for a family was $45,417. Males had a median income of $29,821 versus $22,000 for females. The per capita income for the town was $21,250. None of the families and 1.6% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 3.8% of those over 64.
