Millstreet

Millstreet (Sráid an Mhuilinn in Irish) is a town in west County Cork, Ireland with a population of approximately 1,500. The Eurovision Song Contest was held in Millstreet in 1993. The town is situated on the MallowKillarneyTralee line of the Irish railway network. The town's Catholic church is dedicated to St. Patrick.

In October 2005, the town marked the twentieth anniversary of its twinning with Pommerit le Vicomte in Brittany, France.

In July 2006, Millstreet hosted the 29th European Juggling Convention. Over 2,000 jugglers from 40 different countries attended the week-long event.
