Millington is a village in Kendall County, Illinois and LaSalle County, Illinois. The population was 458 at the 2000 census.

Millington is located at 41°33′43″N, 88°35′59″W (41.562020, -88.599606).GR1

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.6 km² (0.6 mi²). 1.5 km² (0.6 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.1 mi²) of it (8.20%) is water.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 458 people, 149 households, and 123 families residing in the village. The population density was 315.8/km² (822.8/mi²). There were 153 housing units at an average density of 105.5/km² (274.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.25% White, 0.66% African American, 0.44% Asian, and 0.66% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.28% of the population.

There were 149 households out of which 42.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.1% were married couples living together, 7.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.8% were non-families. 13.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.07 and the average family size was 3.37.

In the village the population was spread out with 31.2% under the age of 18, 10.7% from 18 to 24, 26.6% from 25 to 44, 21.4% from 45 to 64, and 10.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 32 years. For every 100 females there were 116.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 108.6 males.

The median income for a household in the village was $43,583, and the median income for a family was $43,229. Males had a median income of $36,944 versus $25,208 for females. The per capita income for the village was $13,898. About 8.7% of families and 10.4% of the population were below the poverty line, including 15.7% of those under age 18 and 8.0% of those age 65 or over.
