Mill Hill railway station serves the Blackburn suburb of Mill Hill, 2 km (1ΒΌ miles) west of Blackburn railway station. It is a two-platform suburban station managed by Northern Rail.
It has poor disabled access with an entrance down a single flight of stairs from Street level. From the above street there are direct bus services to Blackburn.

Monday to Saturdays, there is an hourly service from Mill Hill towards Preston and Blackpool South, westbound and Blackburn, Burnley Central and Colne, eastbound. There is a two-hourly service in each direction on Sundays.
