Milkman is an album by folk singer-songwriter Phranc, released in 1998.

After an absence from recording for a few years Phranc returned with a "comeback" set of highly personal songs. "Gary" is a song about Phranc's brother who was murdered in 1997. "Ozzie and Harriet" tells of a one-on-one faltering relationship, ""Tzena, Tzena" is sung in Yiddish.
