Militello Rosmarino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Messina in the Italian region Sicily, located about 120 km east of Palermo and about 80 km west of Messina. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,402 and an area of 29.7 km2.[1]
The municipality of Militello Rosmarino contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Ferretta, San Piero, San Leonardo, San Giorgio, Pigasi, Scurzi, Bulimi, Lazzarotto, and Santa Maria.
Militello Rosmarino borders the following municipalities: Alcara li Fusi, San Fratello, San Marco d'Alunzio, Sant'Agata di Militello, Torrenova, Capo D'Orlando, Caprileone.
