Milići (Cyrillic: Милићи) is a village and a municipality in Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Municipality was created from part of the pre-war municipality of Vlasenica.

In 1991, the population of the Milići village numbered 6,388 people, including:
- 5,397 Serbs (90%) (See: Serbs of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
- 904 Muslims by nationality (10%)
- 43 Yugoslavs
- 4 Croats (See: Croats of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
