Miles Laurence is a fictional character on ABC's daytime drama One Life to Live. He has been portrayed by David Chisum since February 9th, 2007.

Miles Laurence is the man to whom the late Dr. Spencer Truman left his estate; he is a former patient of Spencer's whose face had been horribly disfigured. Spencer restored Miles' face, and gained Miles friendship and loyalty.

Miles soon revealed to Jessica Buchanan that is the brother of former Llanview villain Mitch Laurence, and therefore her uncle.
